Squad Programme
Ages 10+. Competitive team training with trial selection. Team systems, strength & conditioning, game IQ, and competitive fixtures.

Girls-only sessions for ages 7+. A welcoming environment to build confidence, friendships, and a love for basketball at any level.

All sessions held at Riverside Sports Centre, Hertfordshire. Sessions capped at 30 players, enrolled in 6–7 week blocks.
U16s
6:00 – 7:00 pmDeveloping game IQ and competitive skills for ages 14–16.
U18s
7:00 – 8:00 pmAdvanced training for the senior youth squad.
Ages 9–11
6:00 – 7:00 pmFundamentals and fun for younger players. Perfect for beginners.
Ages 12–14
7:00 – 8:00 pmSkill development, teamwork, and small-sided games.

James Carter
A former league player with years of competitive experience, James holds a degree in coaching and sports development. Passionate about growing the game at grassroots level, he founded Eastside Hoops in 2021 to bring community and competitive basketball to Hertfordshire.
